Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Interface LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”), who runs Nodeify™ at nodeify.me (the “Service”): alerts, rep points, chat commands and giveaways for live streamers. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Nodeify™ and the Nodeify logo are trademarks of Interface LLC. These terms don’t give you any right to use them.

1. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use the streaming platforms you connect (Twitch requires 13 or older).
• If you’re under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you may not use it if you are under 13.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Twitch or Kick account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Twitch and Kick accounts secure.
• Your canvas links (the links you add to OBS or Streamlabs) are secret. Anyone with one can see what plays on it. If one leaks, regenerate it.
• Connecting your channel lets the Service act for your channel in the ways you approve on Twitch (for example reading follows and subs, replying in chat, and granting VIPs). You can disconnect at any time in your Twitch settings.
• Connecting Kick (signing in with Kick connects it too) lets the Service receive your Kick channel’s follows, subs, gifts, Kicks and channel point redemptions, and reply in your Kick chat, as you approve on Kick. You can disconnect at any time in your Kick settings.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload (pictures, GIFs, videos, sounds) and what you write (alert text, commands).
• You give us permission to store, copy and show that content only as needed to run the Service for you — for example, to play your alerts on your stream.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Copyright complaints: if you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email contact@nodeify.me with the work, where it appears, and your contact details. We remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Your viewers

The Service keeps stats about the people in your chat (like watch time, messages and points) to run your rep features. You agree to use those features fairly, to respect your viewers’ privacy, and not to use the Service to harass anyone. Our Privacy Policy explains what’s kept about viewers.

5. Acceptable use

• Follow the rules of the platforms you stream on (including Twitch’s and Kick’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
• Don’t try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the Service, or access other people’s accounts or data.
• Don’t use the Service for spam, scams, gambling, or anything illegal.

6. Third-party services

The Service connects to services run by others — Twitch, Kick, the AI company you choose for chat sorting (using your own key), and our hosting providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for them.

7. The free beta

The Service is currently a free beta. Features may change, and we may add paid plans later — we’ll tell you before anything you use starts costing money. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you break these terms or to protect the Service or other users.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always work, be error-free, or that an alert, command or giveaway will always run at the moment you expect.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost income, viewers or data), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or US $50.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account yourself, at the bottom of the Plan & billing page (or email contact@nodeify.me and we’ll do it). Deleting it is permanent: your channel’s data and files are deleted at once and can’t be brought back, and a paid plan is cancelled so you aren’t charged again. We keep only the billing records the law requires, as the Privacy Policy explains.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you on the Service before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
